However, one mid-August evening a man was seen biking down Jermantown Road sans attire. After being apprehended by police at his residence, the man said he was doing it to get some Vitamin D from the sun.

Channel surf your way over to the Biography Channel this month and meet Jeanne Rector and her ghostly friends. Rector, an employee of Quanitco’s Safety Division and member of the Fredericksburg Area Paranormal Investigations group, takes viewers on a journey through the Weems-Botts Museum during an episode of “My Ghost Story,” meeting the Merchant family who used to reside there.

Grocery shopping has gotten a little more exciting at the Clarendon Whole Foods. The store has opened a beer room, offering local draft beers, wine by the glass, bottled craft beer, growlers and an organic coffee bar.
Death Doesn’t Prevail (E4)

Navy Cmdr. Michael P. Ward II has some explaining to do, to his wife, his girlfriend and the Navy. The former Burke resident was caught faking his own death to his pregnant girlfriend, who, when trying to pay respect to the family, found out he was not only alive, but married with children. After notifying the Navy, Ward was relieved of his command.
